The Get Healthy Club
Our Systems
Our systems are the Digestive system, Central Nervous system, Reproductive, Endocrine, Circulatory, Dermal, Skeletal, Muscular, Lymphatic, Cardiovascular, Respiratory, Immune, Excretory and Urinary system. Each one of these SYSTEMS is made up of Organs that are made up of Tissues that are made up of Cells. Life, healing, and health start in the CELL.
Hippocrates is regarded as the Father of Medicine. Doctors are supposed to take the Hippocratic Oath of “First, do no harm”. Hippocrates also said “let thy food be thy medicine”.
Dr. Linus Pauling, is the founder of what we know as Molecular Biology. He taught us that “Optimum nutrition is the medicine of tomorrow”. He also showed us that you can trace EVERY sickness, EVERY disease, and EVERY ailment to a mineral deficiency.
So MINERALS are the ESSENTIAL key to proper functioning of the human body. Our body does not make any minerals. We MUST get them from our food.
Our food, today more than ever, is deficient in nutritional value. The food your parents and grandparents ate is NOT what we’re eating today.
Nutrition
An essential nutrient is one that must be obtained from the diet because the human body cannot make it in sufficient quantity, or at all, to meet its needs for normal human metabolism and reproduction: most commonly some amino acids, fats, vitamins and minerals.

Over the past 60 years there have been fundamental changes in the quality of food available to us as a nation. Ongoing research clearly demonstrates a significant relationship between deficiencies in micronutrients and physical and mental ill health.
The impact of poor nutrition on health is common knowledge. Even the US Department of Agriculture (USDA) has stated that to get the same nutritional value today from eating 1 cup of spinach in 1948 (only 67 years ago) you would have to eat today, 75 cups of spinach. For one wedge of cabbage then, you would need 50 wedges today. READ THIS AGAIN. This means there is 75 times less nutrition in spinach than when your grandparents were eating. And there is 50 times less nutrition in cabbage. This goes true for much more than spinach and cabbage.
So the question is what’s happened to our food?

Vitamins
The Journal of American Medical Association (JAMA) stated in back in 2002 that every adult regardless of age or health status needs a daily multivitamin to fill the nutritional gaps in his or her diet.

So the question shouldn’t be should you take supplements. The question should be how do you know which ones to take. The vast majority of vitamin supplements on the market are yeast compressed synthetic vitamins. This means your body recognizes them as foreign toxin and are actually proven to do more harm than good.
Most vitamin supplements on the market have less than a 10% absorption. Some of the more expensive brands may absorb up to 30% or slightly higher but NO OTHER VITAMIN has the absorbable power of Mother Nature like ours. Science has proven ours to absorb more than 85% into THE CELL. Remember, this is where life and healing begin! Click on the link below to see The Freiburg Study.
Some common sense questions to think about. Do you have a car? Do you have insurance for it? Do you maintain it? Do you have a home? Do you have insurance on it? Do you maintain it? So why not maintain your body with the same priority (or even more) as you give your car and home? Prevention is much less expensive AND feels much better than treatment!
